## How we work together

1. **Free strategy call** — 30–60 minutes. I'll ask about your product, your customers, what you've tried before, what's worked and what hasn't.
2. **Proposal** — I'll outline the plan — which campaigns to run, how we measure success, and the cost. Transparent pricing, no surprises.
3. **Onboarding & setup** — Account audit if you're coming from elsewhere. Conversion tracking. Campaign structure. Keywords. Ad copy. All done with you, not at you.
4. **Ongoing management** — Weekly optimisation. Monthly reports. You'll see real data — spend, conversions, cost per conversion, ROAS.

## Pricing that scales with you

My minimum is **from £300 per month**. That covers up to £3,000 per month in Google ad spend. Above that, it's 10% of your monthly ad spend — so if you're spending £5,000 per month with Google, my fee is £500 per month. Ad spend goes directly to Google. No margin on that, no markup. You pay Google what you owe Google.
