3. **Launch and optimise** — We set up, monitor, optimise, and report monthly. You pay a retainer. Ad spend goes direct to Google. No mark-up.

## Pricing

Retainer starts from **£300 per month**. That covers accounts running up to £3,000 per month in ad spend. Above that, it's **10% of your monthly ad spend** (so £4,500 ad spend = £450 retainer). You pay Google directly, separately. No markup on spend.
