If your ad spend is higher—say £5,000 per month—I charge 10% of that spend as our fee, so £500 per month. Your ad spend itself goes to Google. I don't mark up your budget or take commission on ad spend. Everything is transparent.

### Will I work with a junior?

No. You work directly with me, a senior consultant with 12 years in Google Ads. No juniors, no handoffs to trainees. That's the whole point.
