# Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of this website and Stevie Morris’s PPC consultancy services.

## These terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Stevie Morris, freelance PPC consultant ("I", "me", "my"). By using this site or engaging my services you agree to them. For anything here, contact me via the [contact form](/contact/) or by phone on 07410 907 104.

## Services

I provide Google Ads consultancy, management and audits, and related digital marketing services. The scope of any engagement is agreed with you in writing before work begins.

## Fees

Management starts from £300/month (a minimum covering up to £3,000/month ad spend; 10% of ad spend above that). Your ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from my fee. Audit and consultancy fees are quoted per engagement. Fees and scope are confirmed before work starts.

## Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and assets needed to deliver the work, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide.

## No guarantee of results

Paid advertising performance depends on many factors outside my control (your website, offer, market and budget). I work to industry best practice and will be honest about what's achievable, but I do not guarantee specific results, rankings or revenue.

## Intellectual property

My methods, scripts, templates and tooling remain my property. You retain ownership of your own advertising accounts, data and materials. Website content is provided for general information and may not be copied without permission.

## Confidentiality

I treat your business information as confidential and only use it to deliver the agreed services.

## Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, my liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant work. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

## Cancellation

There are no long lock-in contracts; either party may end an ongoing engagement on reasonable notice as agreed. Fees for work already carried out remain payable.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

## Changes

I may update these terms from time to time; the current version always appears on this page.
