You pay Google directly for ad spend — I never mark it up. My service fee starts from £300/month (covering up to £3,000/month ad spend). Above that, it’s 10% of ad spend — so if you run £4,500/month, my fee is £450/month. No surprises, no hidden costs.

My minimum service fee is £300/month, which covers ad spend up to £3,000. If you want to run less, we can talk, but that’s the normal starting point. Above £3,000 you’re on 10% of spend.

Can you handle a large budget?

Yes. I’ve managed budgets up to six figures. If you’re running serious spend, I cap my client load to ensure quality — you get my attention, not automation.

Do I need a separate audit before signing up?

No. If you have existing ads, I’ll review them in the strategy call — that’s free and tells us both whether we’re a good fit.

How does working with a freelance consultant differ from an agency?

You get a single senior person who knows your account intimately, not a rotating cast of account managers. I’m focused on your business, not juggling 50 clients and delegating to juniors.

What should I expect in the first month?

Setup takes time. In month one, I’m usually building the account structure, writing ads, testing, and setting up tracking. Real performance data comes in months 2-3. I’ll be clear about realistic timelines.
