I charge a flat management fee — from £300/month. That covers up to £3,000/month in ad spend. Above £3,000, the fee moves to 10% of your monthly ad spend. As an example: if you spend £4,500/month on Google Ads, the management fee is £450.
Your ad spend goes directly to Google. I never touch it and I don’t mark it up. The fee you pay me is purely for my time and expertise — nothing else.
This model keeps things simple. You know what you’re paying, and it scales proportionally as your account grows.
I don’t hide bad months behind vanity metrics. If cost per lead has risen, I’ll tell you why and what I’m doing about it. If the problem isn’t in Google Ads — if it’s the website, the offer, or the market — I’ll tell you that too. You’re paying for an honest expert opinion, not just a managed dashboard.
