A lot of businesses pay a monthly fee and hear nothing until the invoice arrives. That’s not how I work.

Ongoing PPC management means I’m inside your account every week — adjusting bids, reviewing search terms, pausing waste, testing new ad copy, and making sure your budget is working as hard as it can. Google Ads doesn’t run itself. The moment you stop optimising, performance drifts.

I take on a small number of clients at any one time so I can give each account the attention it needs. You’ll always deal with me directly — not an account manager, not a trainee.

The pricing model explained

I charge a flat management fee — from £300/month. That covers up to £3,000/month in ad spend. Above £3,000, the fee moves to 10% of your monthly ad spend. As an example: if you spend £4,500/month on Google Ads, the management fee is £450.

Your ad spend goes directly to Google. I never touch it and I don’t mark it up. The fee you pay me is purely for my time and expertise — nothing else.

This model keeps things simple. You know what you’re paying, and it scales proportionally as your account grows.

The weekly process

  1. Search term reviewEvery week I go through what people actually searched for before clicking your ads. Irrelevant terms get blocked. Strong performers get built on.
  2. Bid and budget managementI adjust bids based on what’s converting, what time of day, and where the best returns are coming from. Budgets get shifted toward what works.
  3. Ad copy monitoringI track how each ad variant is performing and rotate in new tests when we have enough data to make a call.
  4. Tracking & quality checksI check that conversions are firing correctly. A campaign that looks profitable on bad tracking data is just running blind.
  5. Monthly review with youOnce a month I send a clear summary — spend, results, what I changed and what I’m planning next. If something’s not working, I’ll say so.

Honest reporting — even when the numbers aren't great

I don’t hide bad months behind vanity metrics. If cost per lead has risen, I’ll tell you why and what I’m doing about it. If the problem isn’t in Google Ads — if it’s the website, the offer, or the market — I’ll tell you that too. You’re paying for an honest expert opinion, not just a managed dashboard.

Will I be dealing with you directly, or passed to someone else?

You’ll deal with me directly. I manage every account personally — there are no junior team members or account managers between us. If you email me, I reply.

How often will you be in my account?

Every week. Optimisation isn’t a monthly task — it’s ongoing. Bids, search terms, budgets, and ad copy all need regular attention to keep performance moving in the right direction.

What if my campaigns are already set up — can you take them over?

Yes. Before taking anything on I’ll review your existing account thoroughly. I’ll tell you honestly what’s working, what isn’t, and what I’d change. If your current setup is solid, I’ll say so.

Do you manage platforms other than Google Ads?

My focus is Google Ads — Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube. I’m also Microsoft Ads certified and can manage Bing campaigns where it makes sense for your business.

How long before I see results?

That depends on your account history, budget, and market. I won’t give you a made-up timeframe — what I will do is be transparent about what the data is telling us at every stage.
