£300/month minimum covers up to £3,000 in monthly ad spend to Google. Beyond that, it’s 10% of your ad spend — so if you’re spending £5,000/month, management is £500. Ad spend goes straight to Google; I take no markup. No hidden fees. No surprise invoices.

Do you work with small budgets?

Yes. The minimum is £300/month. That works for £1,500–£3,000 monthly ad spend. Smaller than that and the math doesn’t work for either of us. But if you’re at £5,000+, this model is a steal.

What if my ads aren't working?

First step is a free audit. I’ll tell you if the problem is the account structure, tracking, targeting, or just poor margins. Sometimes I’ll say ‘your margins won’t support this.’ Honest beats happy.

Are you based in Wiltshire?

No, I’m remote, UK-wide. But I work across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and beyond. Location doesn’t matter for Google Ads — I manage campaigns for clients from Malmesbury to London the same way.

What about Microsoft Ads or social?

I specialise in Google Ads. I’m Microsoft Ads certified too, but Google is where most B2C and home services spend wins happen. Happy to discuss if you need both.

How do you measure success?

Return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead, or cost per sale — whatever matters to you. No vanity metrics. Real money in, real money out.

What if I want to switch to an agency later?

You own your Google Ads account. You can switch whenever you want. I don’t lock you in. Most clients stay because it’s cheaper and I deliver.
