Google Ads management is the ongoing work of building, monitoring and improving a business's Google Ads campaigns: structure, keywords, negative keywords, bids and budgets, ad copy and conversion tracking. Stevie Morris provides it for UK businesses from £300 a month. No junior handoffs, no black-box dashboards: you deal with me directly, 14 years in, with £3M+ in ad spend managed.
Start a conversationA lot of businesses pay a monthly fee and hear nothing until the invoice arrives. That’s not how I work.
Ongoing PPC management means I’m inside your account every week — adjusting bids, reviewing search terms, pausing waste, testing new ad copy, and making sure your budget is working as hard as it can. Google Ads doesn’t run itself. The moment you stop optimising, performance drifts.
You’ll always deal with me directly — not an account manager, not a trainee.
Google Ads management by Stevie Morris includes campaign strategy and structure, weekly optimisation of bids, budgets and search terms, ad copy testing, conversion tracking checks, landing page feedback and a monthly report.
Google Ads management from Stevie Morris costs 10% of monthly ad spend, with spend rounded down to the nearest £100, and a minimum of £300 a month covering up to £3,000 of spend. Ad spend is paid directly to Google with no markup.
I charge a flat management fee — from £300/month. That covers up to £3,000/month in ad spend. Above £3,000, the fee moves to 10% of your monthly ad spend. As an example: if you spend £4,500/month on Google Ads, the management fee is £450.
Your ad spend goes directly to Google. I never touch it and I don’t mark it up. The fee you pay me is purely for my time and expertise — nothing else.
This model keeps things simple. You know what you’re paying, and it scales proportionally as your account grows.
At £4,500 a month in ad spend, Google Ads management from Stevie Morris costs £450 a month. Spend of £3,550 costs £350, and any spend up to £3,000 costs the £300 minimum.
Ongoing work runs month to month with no minimum term. Either of us can end it with 60 days’ written notice (an email is fine), and if it isn’t working for you I can shorten or waive the notice. Full detail is in the terms.
The first step can be a free basic health check or a £450 in-depth audit if you want a deeper look first: free Google Ads health check, PPC audits. More on what a PPC consultant costs.
Google Ads management is worth paying for when the extra leads or sales it produces exceed the management fee as well as the ad spend. Accurate conversion tracking is what shows whether that is happening.
If the problem is the landing page rather than the campaigns, I’ll say so. Whether you need an agency at all is a separate question: do I need a PPC agency.
Stevie Morris reviews each managed Google Ads account every week, covering search terms, bids and budgets, ad copy performance and conversion tracking, and sends a monthly summary of spend, results and changes.
I don’t hide bad months behind vanity metrics. If cost per lead has risen, I’ll tell you why and what I’m doing about it. If the problem isn’t in Google Ads — if it’s the website, the offer, or the market — I’ll tell you that too. You’re paying for an honest expert opinion, not just a managed dashboard.
Google Ads management from Stevie Morris is done personally, with no account manager or junior between the client and the specialist. Stevie has 14 years’ experience, has managed £3M+ in ad spend and is Google Partner and Microsoft Ads certified.
These are two anonymised examples, both brand-new Google Ads accounts in windows and doors.
A regional windows and composite doors installer. A brand-new account with no history, built up over 16 months to a steady pipeline of 272 leads a year, at a 5.31% click-through rate and £159.34 per lead.
A premium windows, doors, conservatories and orangeries installer in Yorkshire. A brand-new account launched from scratch: 21 leads in the first month from 673 clicks, at a 6.03% click-through rate and £205.65 per lead. It is early-stage and still ramping.
Competitive keywords in this niche can cost up to £50 a click. Both accounts kept average CPC to roughly £6 to £7 through tight targeting and negative keyword work.
An existing Google Ads account can be handed to Stevie Morris for management. The account is reviewed first, and the review says what is working, what is not and what would change. If the setup is solid, the review says that.
