How we work

  1. Strategy call (week 1)We talk about your business model, customer acquisition cost, current ad performance (if any), and your goals for the next 90 days. I ask hard questions about profit margins and what a conversion is actually worth to you.
  2. Audit & plan (week 2)If you have an existing account, I audit it—find the waste, the tracking gaps, the structural problems. Then I build a plan: campaign structure, keyword strategy, audience segments, creative testing roadmap.
  3. Build & launch (week 3–4)I build campaigns from scratch. Write ad copy, set up keyword bids, configure audience targeting, install tracking pixels, set conversion windows. Everything goes live tested and tracked.
  4. Monthly reporting (ongoing)You get a call and a report. Cost per conversion, ROAS, what we tested, what we’re changing next month. No fluff—just data and decisions.

What makes this different

Pricing (no surprises)

From £300/month. That covers accounts up to £3,000/month ad spend with Google. If you spend more, we charge 10% of your monthly ad spend. So £4,500/month with Google = £450 to us; £10,000 = £1,000. Your ad spend goes straight to Google—we don’t touch it or mark it up. Month-to-month contract. No lock-in.

What if my ad spend is less than £3,000/month?

You pay £300/month. That’s the minimum—covers unlimited optimisation, testing, and strategy for accounts up to that spend level.

Do you take on Brighouse and West Yorkshire clients?

Yes. I work across the UK—London, Midlands, Yorkshire, everywhere. Your location doesn’t matter. Google Ads is geo-targeted at your customers, not your office.

What if I'm losing money right now?

That’s actually when we’re most useful. Losing money usually means one or two things are broken—bad keywords, broken tracking, wrong audience, or unprofitable products. I find and fix them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract. Month-to-month. But if you want to cancel, call me first on 07410 907 104. Let’s talk about what’s not working.

How long until I see results?

Campaigns go live in 3–4 weeks. You’ll see data in week 1. Real trends take 4–6 weeks depending on your conversion volume. Too early to judge before that.

Do you audit existing accounts?

Yes. During the strategy call, I do a light audit. Detailed audits are available separately.
