Base fee: from £300/month, which covers up to £3,000/month ad spend. Above that, we charge 10% of ad spend (so £4,500/month spend = £450/month management fee). The ad spend itself goes straight to Google — we never take a markup or rebate. You always know exactly what you’re paying us and what you’re paying Google.
We work remote across the whole UK, so location doesn’t matter. But we know the Bristol area well: ecommerce brands shipping nationally, local home service providers (conservatories, windows, roofing, plumbing), and agencies retaining a PPC specialist on retainer. Yes, but honestly. If you’re spending under £1,000/month on Google Ads, the fixed management fee starts to pinch. A one-off audit (quote on a call) usually makes more sense. Once you’re consistently above £3,000/month, ongoing management becomes worthwhile.
That depends on your starting point. If your conversion tracking is broken, fixing it is the first win (can take 1–2 weeks). If campaigns are live and optimisation-ready, we see cost-per-action improvements within 4–6 weeks of changes. But we don’t make promises — we show you the data.
Either we take it over completely, or we run a fractional consulting model (see our Consultant page) where you keep your current agency and we audit or advise. Your choice.
No. We charge the management fee plus Google ad spend, monthly in arrears. If you want to pause or stop, you can — no notice period, no penalty. You own the campaigns; we just manage them.
Monthly, minimum. Most clients also get a weekly Slack summary of top metrics. If something urgent happens (e.g. a spike in cost-per-action), we flag it immediately.
Yes. We’re remote, so geography doesn’t matter. We work with ecommerce and home service brands across the UK, including plenty in the Bristol area. Conversion tracking and campaign logic apply everywhere.
