I see a lot of ‘Google Partner’ agencies that mean “we hired our first account manager last year.” Here’s the truth: Google Ads is not something that scales well. A junior doesn’t have the judgement to spot a bid strategy about to crater your ROAS; a senior does.
You pay from £300 per month. That covers up to £3,000 a month in ad spend. Above that, it’s 10% of ad spend.
Example: if you spend £5,000 a month on Google, my fee is 10% of that, which is £500. If you spend £2,000, it’s a flat £300.
Ad spend goes straight to Google. I never touch it. You see the invoice from Google; you see my invoice separately.

Then we probably make you 15–30% more profit from the same ad spend, or help you scale without tanking ROAS. Even ‘OK’ accounts usually have gaps: bad keyword sorting, untested device strategies, bad timing on bids. We fix those first.
Yes. If you sell something nobody’s searching for, or your margins are too thin to profit from ads, I’ll tell you. It’s honest, it saves you money, and I’d rather not take a client I can’t help.
