  1. Free strategy callWe discuss your product, current performance (if you’re already running ads), target margins, and geographic focus. I outline a rough campaign structure and timeline to results.
  2. Scope and feesI give you a written proposal: management fee model (10% + £300/month minimum), expected starting ad spend, and 90-day milestones.
  3. Account setup or takeoverIf new, I set up keywords, audiences, conversion tracking from scratch. If you’ve been running ads elsewhere, I audit the current account and migrate winners to optimised structure.
  4. Weekly check-insFirst month is tight — weekly calls to test, pause, scale. Moves to fortnightly once the account settles.

I specialise in two niches: ecommerce and D2C brands (apparel, gadgets, print-on-demand), where unit economics and repeat purchase matter; and home services and trades (plumbing, electricians, conservatories, solar), where seasonal spend and lead quality dominate. Can I switch from my current agency?

Yes. We’ll review what’s working in your current account, pause what isn’t, and rebuild underperforming campaigns. No contracts to break — just a 30-day notice if you want to stop. Ad spend continues directly to Google, so you can switch anytime.

What's the minimum monthly spend?

£300/month management fee covers up to £3,000/month in ad spend. If you’re spending less, we can work something out on a call. If you’re spending more, it’s 10% of your total ad spend — so £5,000 spend = £500 fee.

Do you work with Salford businesses specifically?

I’m UK-wide and remote. Salford’s a strong ecommerce and trades hub in Greater Manchester — I’ve run campaigns for businesses across Eccles, Manchester, Radcliffe, and beyond. Location doesn’t matter; I work into your Google Ads account and meet fortnightly via Zoom.

What if the account isn't performing after 3 months?

If we’ve built the account to spec and followed the plan but spend is too high for your target ROAS, I’ll give you two options: shift budget to a lower-spend test, or pause and reassess. I won’t burn your money to justify my fee.

Do you handle tracking and analytics setup?

Yes. Conversion tracking is half the battle. I set up Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tags, and troubleshoot missing data. Ditto for iOS privacy issues if you’re running iOS campaigns.
