What a PPC audit finds

I’ll do a full technical and strategic audit. I’ll pull your spend data and show you exactly which campaigns are wasting money and which are working.

Then I’ll write you a report with findings and recommendations. You decide what to fix and when.

Why most audits miss the problem

Most agency audits are box-ticking exercises. They look at the settings and tick a box. They don’t ask the hard questions: Are your margins high enough to profitably run Google Ads? Do you have enough conversion volume to optimise? Is your audience big enough? Is your landing page actually converting? I ask those questions.

What you get

A written report (usually 8–12 pages depending on account size) with:

Findings on every area of your account, screenshot evidence, prioritised list of fixes ranked by impact and effort, and specific recommendations for each. Some fixes are free (bid adjustments, keyword cleanup). Some take work (landing page redesign, audience segmentation). I’ll tell you which is which.

You’re under no obligation to hire me to implement the recommendations. You can take the report and do it yourself, or hire someone else to do it. The audit is one-off, fixed scope, no follow-up charges.

How much does an audit cost?

Depends on account size and complexity. I’ll give you a fixed quote once you tell me your current ad spend and account structure. Call me for a quick estimate.

How long does an audit take?

Access is usually one week. The report takes a few days after that. From request to report in hand is typically 2–3 weeks.

Will you tell me if my ads are fine?

Yes. If your account structure is sound and you’re not wasting money, I’ll say so. Not every account needs fixing. But most do.

Can I use the audit recommendations if I don't hire you?

Yes. The audit is yours to keep and implement however you want. I’m not trying to lock you in. Honest recommendations, no gotchas.

Do you do audits for Wakefield specifically, or UK-wide?

UK-wide, all remote. If you’re in Wakefield or West Yorkshire, same process—I work remotely and report back with findings.

What if I want you to implement the findings?

That’s a separate conversation. If the audit uncovers work you want me to do, we can quote that separately as ongoing management or a project.
