If You Don't Know What's Happening, That's The Problem

You’re running Google Ads, but you don’t actually know if they’re working. Maybe the data doesn’t add up. Maybe you’re spending £500/month and seeing no leads. Maybe you fired an agency and inherited a mess.

Honestly? Most ads are inefficient. It’s not always visible — your campaigns might look active and your account might have all the right settings. But there’s waste hidden in bad targeting, poor keyword strategy, broken conversion tracking, or ads aimed at the wrong person.

An audit cuts through the noise. Here’s what’s actually happening, where the money’s going wrong, and what would fix it.

A Full Audit Checks

You Get The Findings, Then You Decide

The audit is a fixed-scope report: here’s what’s working, here’s what’s waste, here’s the quick wins and the bigger shifts. You’re not obligated to act on any of it or hire me to fix it.

What You'll Actually Get

An audit usually runs 5–7 days from start to finish. I’ll pull your account data, review structure and performance, spot gaps and waste, and create a findings doc.

That doc isn’t a 40-page dumpster fire of every detail — it’s focused on what matters. Top 3–5 issues, the impact of each, and what fixing it would actually change. Yes/no answer for each finding so you can decide what to tackle first.

The Audit Process

  1. KickoffQuick call: what’s your business, what metrics actually matter, what’s already working in your mind, where do you suspect waste.
  2. Account reviewI pull your Google Ads data, conversion tracking setup, audience config, and performance trends. Deep read on what’s there.
  3. FindingsWritten report: the issues, the evidence, the impact, and the fix for each one. Honest about what’s working too.
  4. Debrief callWe walk through the findings, talk through priorities, and answer your questions. Then you decide what to do.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

Pricing is tailored based on account complexity and what you need to know. Let’s have a quick call and I’ll give you a fixed quote upfront.

How long does it take?

From kickoff to findings report, usually 5–7 days. The debrief call happens after.

What if the audit finds everything's fine?

Then I’ll tell you. I’ve worked with accounts that are genuinely well-run, and I won’t pretend there’s waste where there isn’t. But if it’s fine, the findings doc will still show you why it’s working — useful to understand for future scaling.

Can you audit an account if I'm not the owner?

We need account access. If you’re not the owner, I can walk you through how to grant me read-only audit access without giving me full control. Takes a few minutes.

If the audit finds problems, do I have to hire you to fix them?

No. You get the findings and you decide. Plenty of people hire me to fix it; plenty take the report and handle it themselves or ask their current team. My job is honesty, not obligation.

What if I'm in Pontefract or West Yorkshire — do you understand the local market?

I’m UK-wide and work across all regions. I’ll learn your local market context and customer base as part of the audit. Geography doesn’t affect the technical diagnosis — waste is waste, whether you’re in Pontefract, Wakefield, or anywhere else.
