Agency = I take over your account and manage it ongoing, doing all optimisations for you. Consulting = you keep control, I review your strategy and guide you. Pick consulting if you already have someone running ads or you want to run it yourself with expert guidance.
No. Some clients take the audit, implement it, and run with it. Others bring me in for fractional strategy ongoing. It’s entirely your choice.
A one-off audit is usually a few hours of my time spread over 1-2 weeks. Fractional ongoing consulting is usually a few hours a month. We’ll agree on it upfront.
Absolutely. Geographic location doesn’t matter for Google Ads strategy — what matters is your margins, customer acquisition cost, and scaling plan. Whether you’re in Warwick, Coventry, or anywhere in West Midlands, the principles are the same.
