That’s my wheelhouse. If you’re selling software with a 90-day sales cycle or running a marketplace, I’m not the best fit — you need someone specialising in that.

The pricing model is transparent

Minimum £300/month covers up to £3,000/month ad spend. Above that, it’s 10% of ad spend (e.g. £4,500 ad spend = £450/month). Your ad spend is paid directly to Google — I don’t mark it up. You see exactly what you’re spending on ads, and you see what you pay me. Clean.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee results?

No. I guarantee I’ll optimise your account properly — testing copy, refining targeting, fixing tracking, scaling profitably. Results depend on your product, margins, and market. I’ve seen businesses spend £1,000/month on Google Ads and lose money; I’ve seen others spend £50,000/month and print cash. Same platform. Different business.

How does this differ from Google Partner agencies?

Most agencies are sales operations — they want your account to spend as much as possible because they take a percentage. I want your account to profit as much as possible, because that’s when you’ll scale with me. I’m also a solo operator, not a company — you’re not a ticket in a queue.

What if our ads are already running well?

Honest answer: I’ll audit them and tell you if they are. If they’re performing well and tracking is solid, the audit might show there’s not much to do. Some businesses come to me already optimised — they just need hands-on ongoing management and scaling strategy, which is what I do.

Do you work with businesses in Royal Leamington Spa?

Yes. I’m UK-wide remote, so location doesn’t matter. I work with ecommerce and home services businesses across the country — Warwick, Coventry, Rugby, Solihull, and beyond. Same rigorous approach regardless of where you’re based.

What about Google Shopping, YouTube, Microsoft Ads?

Google Shopping is part of my core service if you’re ecommerce. YouTube I do sparingly — it’s good for brand awareness but hard to attribute. Microsoft Ads (Bing) I’m certified in and can manage if it makes sense for your business. Happy to discuss.

How long do contracts last?

We agree on a plan together. I ask for at least 3 months to show results and prove the model works. After that, we can scale or adjust. If you want to leave, that’s your call.
