You own the Google Ads account. Ad spend goes direct to Google, no markup. I bill separately for management from £300/month (covers up to £3,000/month ad spend; above that, it’s 10% of ad spend). I’m here to make money for you, not to run up your bill.

Results depend on your account state and market. If you’ve got tracking and decent keywords, I optimise immediately. If we’re starting from scratch, expect 4–6 weeks to stabilise spend and learn. The key metric is profitability, not speed.

Can you manage accounts alongside my internal team?

Yes. I’ll work with whoever you’ve got, but we need clear ownership. If there’s conflict in who’s making changes, performance suffers. Ideally I’m the decision-maker, but I can advise if you prefer to run execution in-house.

What's included in the £300/month?

Up to £3,000/month in ad spend: strategy, ongoing optimisation, bid management, audience refinement, reporting, and a monthly check-in. Above £3,000, it’s 10% of ad spend instead. Ad spend paid direct to Google.

Do you manage accounts for Atherton, Leigh, Hindley, and other Greater Manchester towns?

Yes. I’m based remotely and work across the UK. Local geography doesn’t affect how I optimise, though it does matter if you’re running location-based campaigns. I can target Atherton tight or cast wider to all of Greater Manchester—depends on your business model.

What if I want to scale beyond my current ad spend?

That’s the goal. As your ad spend grows, so does the sophistication. I’ll recommend budget increases only if the data supports them. At 10% of spend above £3,000, you’re aligned with the business—I earn more only if your budget is working.

Can I cancel if I'm not happy?
