What's the real difference between a junior and a senior PPC manager?

What does 'no vanity metrics' mean?

No padding with clicks, impressions, or CTR. We report on conversions, conversion cost, and ROAS—the numbers that actually affect your profit. If a metric doesn’t drive business, we don’t obsess over it.
