I handle your Google Ads. You focus on selling.

I’m Stevie Morris, a freelance PPC consultant with 12 years managing Google Ads directly. I’ve overseen £2 million+ in ad spend across ecommerce, D2C, and home services. I’m Google Partner and Microsoft Ads certified. When you hire me, I run your campaigns—no juniors, no handoff to a junior after your onboarding call. You get strategic oversight, daily optimisation, and honest reporting.

Most Featherstone and Staffordshire businesses either run ads in-house (which means they’re competing against specialists), or they hand them to a large agency (which means a junior touches their account). I sit between: senior expertise at freelance speed and cost.

What's included in ongoing management

The honest truth about managed Google Ads

Most businesses waste 30-40% of ad spend on poor targeting, wrong keywords, or no tracking at all. A professional audit usually finds it. Good management means you spend less and earn more. That’s it. No vanity metrics, no ‘impressions’, no promises of results-by-Friday.

Proof: what we've built at scale

I also advise Growth PPC, a sister agency managing £20 million+ annually across multiple verticals. The zero-junior model works: we’ve hit 20.8x peak ROAS for clients because senior people make better decisions faster. You don’t get that with juniors.

How the engagement works

  1. Free strategy callWe discuss your business, current ads (if any), and what you’re trying to achieve.
  2. Initial auditI review your account (or set up from scratch), check tracking, spot quick wins.
  3. Start managingYou grant access, I optimise and scale. You see a monthly report and we talk quarterly.
  4. Scale or adjustAs we learn what works, we either grow the campaigns or double-down on top performers.

Pricing: transparent, no surprises

Management is from £300/month. That covers up to £3,000/month in Google ad spend. Above that, it’s 10% of your monthly ad spend (so £4,500/month spend = £450 fee). Your ad spend goes directly to Google—I don’t mark it up. No cancellation fees, no contracts. If it’s not working after 90 days, you can walk.

Frequently asked questions

Is Google Ads right for Featherstone businesses?

It depends on your niche. Ecommerce, home services, and trades do well—electricians, plumbers, solicitors, online retailers. If you’re selling locally or nationally and people search for what you offer, yes. I’ll tell you honestly on a call if it makes sense.

What if my previous ads failed?

Most failures come from bad setup (wrong keywords, no tracking, poor landing pages) or no one paying attention. I start by auditing what went wrong. Often it’s salvageable; sometimes the offer itself isn’t ad-friendly. Either way, you’ll know after the call.

How quickly will I see results?

Data takes time. I usually see patterns after 4 weeks. Real optimisation—confidence in bid strategy, scaling winners—takes 8–12 weeks. I won’t promise results in 4 days; that’s fiction.

Do you work with smaller budgets?

Yes, £300/month minimum covers anything from £500–£3,000/month ad spend. Smaller accounts are harder to optimise (less data) but not impossible. I’m blunt: if your budget’s too small, I’ll say so.

What happens if I need to pause?

No problem. Pause whenever—no penalty. If you want to restart later, same deal. I’m not desperate for every client; I’d rather have fewer, strong relationships than churn.

Can I cancel if it's not working?

Yes. After 90 days, if we’re not seeing traction and it’s not going to work, you’re free to leave. I don’t believe in locking people in.
