Depends what ‘results’ means for you. First data point is usually 2–4 weeks (enough clicks and conversions to tell if the setup’s working). Real optimisation takes a bit longer. I’ll tell you honestly when we have enough data.
You can pause anytime. No long contract, no notice period. That said, if you’re honest about your frustrations, I’ll usually spot what’s wrong. A bad campaign is almost always a bad strategy, not bad execution.

Tracking setup is part of the work. If you don’t have proper conversion tracking, we’ll fix that first. You can’t optimise ads if you don’t know what’s working.
