This works best if you already have campaigns running. I’m not here to build a Google Ads account from scratch (that’s the agency service). I’m here to make a decent campaign great, spot where you’re haemorrhaging money, and give you a roadmap to fix it. Then you decide if you want me to manage ongoing or apply the recommendations yourself.

Consulting ranges from a single audit (quote depends on scope) to fractional ongoing strategy. Anchor starting point is from £300/month for fractional advisory, but we’ll scope it together on a call so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between this and the agency service?

Agency = I take over your account and manage it ongoing, doing all optimisations for you. Consulting = you keep control, I review your strategy and guide you. Pick consulting if you already have someone running ads or you want to run it yourself with expert guidance.

Do I have to hire you for ongoing management after?

No. Some clients take the audit, implement it, and run with it. Others bring me in for fractional strategy ongoing. It’s entirely your choice.

How long is a typical engagement?

A one-off audit is usually a few hours of my time spread over 1-2 weeks. Fractional ongoing consulting is usually a few hours a month. We’ll agree on it upfront.

Can you advise on Google Ads if we're in Royal Leamington Spa but targeting nationwide?

Absolutely. Geographic location doesn’t matter for Google Ads strategy — what matters is your margins, customer acquisition cost, and scaling plan. Whether you’re in Warwick, Coventry, or anywhere in West Midlands, the principles are the same.

What if my current agency is awful?

I’ve seen plenty of bad Google Ads management. I’ll audit it and be honest about what’s wrong. If you want to switch, I can take over ongoing management through the agency service instead. But I won’t poach clients — I’ll let you decide.

Is this useful for home services businesses?

Yes. Home services need a completely different Google Ads strategy than ecommerce — different lead value, different attribution, different scaling. I specialise in both, so I can advise properly.
