What you actually get

The pricing. Simple.

From £300/month. That covers up to £3,000/month in ad spend. Above that, it’s 10% of your ad spend. So if your monthly ad spend is £4,500, your management fee is £450. You pay Google directly for the ads; I don’t mark them up.

No contracts. No notice periods. No locked-in terms. You want to pause? You pause. We just need a conversation first, because if your ads aren’t working, that’s a strategy problem, not a ‘let’s quit’ problem.

How we start

  2. ProposalIf we fit, I send you a proposal with expected ad spend, management fee, and first-month targets.

Do you work with businesses in Sheffield and South Yorkshire specifically?

Yes. I’m UK-wide remote, so I work with businesses anywhere. If you’re based in Sheffield, Rotherham, Fulwood, Dronfield or elsewhere in the region, that’s no problem at all. Many of my clients serve local areas; others sell nationally or internationally. The strategy shifts, but I’ve worked with both.

What if my ads aren't profitable?

That’s a strategy problem, not a spending problem. First thing I do is audit your conversion tracking, landing pages, and bid structure. If you’re bleeding money, we find out why. Sometimes it’s fixable cheap. Sometimes it means we’re in the wrong audience. Either way, you need to know fast. I’ll tell you straight if the ads don’t make sense for your business.

Can I keep using my current ad manager?

No. I manage your account directly. Splitting management between two people introduces inconsistency and finger-pointing. If your current agency isn’t performing, we discuss what’s gone wrong first, then start fresh with clarity.

What's the minimum commitment?

No fixed contract. We work month to month. But ads need 6–8 weeks of data before you can judge strategy. If you’re thinking week-to-week, that’s not going to work. We need enough runway to test and learn.

Do you do Google Shopping, Microsoft Ads, or other channels?

I specialise in Google Search and Google Shopping. Microsoft Ads for serious ecommerce clients sometimes. I’m Google Partner certified and Microsoft Ads certified. Other channels — TikTok, Meta — I don’t do. You need a specialist for those.

How often do we chat?

Monthly formal reviews. You can message me anytime with questions. I’m responsive because this is my business. If something’s on fire (CPA spiked, clicks dropped), we talk same day.
