We agree on a retainer or project scope — could be a monthly hour or two, a deep audit, or strategy planning for a campaign launch. You brief me on what you’re trying to solve, I dig into the data, and we align on next steps. I won’t tell you what to do; I’ll show you the options and the likely outcomes based on what I’ve seen work.

  2. Audit (if needed)You share access to your Google Ads account. I’ll spend 2–3 hours digging into structure, keywords, copy, audiences, tracking, and competitive landscape.
  3. Deep-dive sessionWe walk through findings, discuss options, and I give you concrete next steps you can action immediately or hand to your team.
  4. Ongoing check-insIf you want ongoing advisory, we schedule regular calls to review performance and solve new problems as they come up.

Because you might not know if they’re doing a good job. A second opinion from someone with 12 years of data and no agenda is valuable. You might find they’re missing opportunities, overspending on certain keywords, or not testing enough. Or they might be solid and you gain confidence.

How much does a consultation cost?

Starting point is from £300 per month for ongoing advisory. For a one-off audit or strategy session, we’ll quote based on scope and your needs. Get in touch and we’ll tailor something that fits.
