How the pricing works

From £300/month. That covers up to £3,000/month in ad spend — your actual Google Ads budget. If you spend more, it’s 10% of your ad spend (e.g. £4,500 ad spend = £450/month management fee). You pay Google directly for the ads; I bill separately for strategy and optimisation. No setup fees, no ad spend markup, no hidden clauses. Month-to-month, no minimum contract.

  1. Consultation callWe talk about your revenue goals, current spend, and customer acquisition cost. I’ll ask about seasonality, competitor landscape, and what you’ve already tried. No hard sell; just figuring out if we’re a fit.
  2. AuditI pull your account history and competitor analysis. If you don’t have an account yet, I’ll design the structure and show you what a first month looks like.
  3. Go liveWe launch the campaign and I monitor it daily — bid adjustments, negative keyword adds, bid strategy tweaks. You’ll see results in the first report cycle (30 days).

What if I already have Google Ads running?

How do I know if Google Ads will work for my business?

It depends on three things: your customer acquisition cost, your margin, and whether people are searching for what you sell. In the consultation I’ll ask about your numbers and tell you honestly. If Ads doesn’t fit, I’ll say so.

What's the minimum ad spend to make this worthwhile?

Realistically, £500–£1,000 per month minimum. Below that, algorithm learning becomes too slow and account management overhead outpaces results. If you’re starting smaller, we can plan to scale into it or I’ll recommend a different channel.

Do you offer a free audit or trial?

The strategy call is free and includes an initial account review. If you have existing Ads data, I’ll pull your last 90 days and give you honest feedback on the call. From there, we decide if a formal audit or management engagement makes sense.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Month-to-month, no contract, no notice period. The goal is to deliver results; if it’s not working, we either fix it or part ways clean.
