Most accounts leak money

Bids too high, tracking broken, wrong keywords running, missing audiences. A good audit often finds 20–40% in waste or low-hanging fruit. Takes one deep dive to spot it.

What a PPC audit covers

I’ll look at your entire Google Ads account — campaign structure, keywords, ad copy, audience targeting, bid strategy, and tracking setup. I’ll find:

Wasted spend (bids that are too aggressive for low-intent keywords, keywords triggering the wrong ads)

Tracking problems (missing conversion tags, broken parameters, GA4 misconfigurations)

Missed opportunities (audiences you aren’t targeting, negatives you should add, better bid strategies)

Creative feedback (is your ad copy actually compelling, or are you just matching competitors?)

Structure issues (should you split campaigns differently, is your account ready to scale?)

Then you get a report. Real findings, real fixes, no fluff.

Audit outcome

The audit process

  1. RequestYou tell me a bit about your business, budget, and what you’re trying to achieve.
  2. AccessI log into your Google Ads account (or you share read-only access) and spend 2–3 hours digging.
  3. ReportYou get a written report with findings, priorities, and how to fix them.
  4. Debrief callOptional — we can talk through the findings and next steps.

Pricing

Audits are quoted on a call depending on account size and complexity. Small-to-medium accounts (£500–£3,000/month spend) usually run £400–£800. Larger or more complex accounts cost more. Quote is fixed — no surprises.

Frequently asked questions

What if the audit shows nothing is wrong?

Possible, though rare. If your account is genuinely solid, I’ll tell you — and explain what you’re doing right.

Will you recommend your services to fix the problems?

Probably, but not as a sales pitch. If I find issues, I’ll explain how to fix them — whether you do it yourself, hire me, or use someone else.

How long does an audit take?

2–3 hours of my time. I’ll deliver the report within a week. You’ll have findings and next steps by then.

Is this audit useful if I'm new to ads and just starting out?

If you’re brand new and haven’t run campaigns yet, an audit won’t help. But if you’ve been running ads for 2+ weeks and want to make sure you’re not wasting money, absolutely.

Can you audit my competitor's account?

No — I can only audit accounts you have access to or own. But I can look at what your competitors are doing publicly (visible ads) if you want competitive insight.

Are audits worth it for a Bude small business?

Yes. If you’re spending £500+ per month on Google Ads and not sure you’re getting value, an audit usually pays for itself by spotting just one or two quick wins.
