What's actually wrong with your ads?

You’re spending money on Google Ads but results have flatlined, or you’ve never properly audited the account. A structured audit finds the gaps: audience mistakes, tracking failures, wasted budget, messaging misalignment. You get a clear report and actionable findings. No sales pitch, no obligation to hire me afterwards.

What an audit covers

What you get

A detailed audit report (10–15 pages typically) with findings, priority ranking, and a 30-minute call to walk through the results. If the audit finds your ads are working fine, I’ll tell you that. Honest over commissioned.

The audit process

  1. 1. ScopeWe talk about your business, budget, goals, and what’s concerning you. I explain what I’ll audit and how long it takes.
  2. 2. AccessYou grant me read-only access to Google Ads, Analytics, and any other relevant systems (CRM, Shopify, etc.). I review everything offline.
  3. 3. AnalysisI run through the systematic audit—tracking, targeting, creative, spend, structure. Takes about a week depending on account complexity.
  4. 4. Report & callYou get the written audit report and a 30-minute call to discuss findings, answer questions, and talk through priorities.

When to get an audit

Do this if you’ve never had a formal review, or if your account hasn’t been touched in 6+ months, or if performance has dropped and you’re not sure why. If you’re a Wilmslow ecommerce business, a home services company, or anything managing £1,000+ a month in Google Ads, an audit usually pays for itself by finding the leaks.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

Quote is based on account complexity and scope. Book a brief call to describe your setup—I’ll give you a fixed fee. Usually between £500–£2,000 depending on account size and how much history I’m reviewing. No surprise charges.

How long does an audit take?

From initial call to final report, typically 1–2 weeks. If your account is straightforward, it’s closer to a week. Complex multi-campaign accounts with lots of data take longer.

Will you tell me if the audit finds nothing wrong?

Yes. If your account is structured well, targeting is sound, tracking is accurate, and spend is efficient, the audit will say so. I won’t invent problems to justify another sale.

Do I have to hire you afterwards?

No. Audit is standalone. You get the report and recommendations. What you do with them is entirely up to you. That said, many clients do ask me to help implement recommendations or take over management—if you want that, we’ll discuss terms separately.

Are you familiar with Wilmslow businesses and their markets?

Yes. I’ve audited accounts for businesses in Wilmslow, Poynton, Macclesfield, and throughout Cheshire. I understand local competition, audience density, and which channels typically work for different business types here.

What if I want to stay anonymous during the audit?

Not a problem. You can grant access without telling me your business name or industry. The audit focuses on the data itself, not who you are.
