What's the difference between consulting and full management?

Management: I run the account end-to-end. Consulting: I advise, you (or your team) execute. Management is ongoing; consulting can be project-based or fractional.

I have an agency managing ads now. Can you consult alongside them?

Yes. You get me for strategy and second opinion. They keep executing. Be clear with them about the arrangement—don’t create confusion.

How much does consulting cost?

From £300/month for ongoing fractional advisory. Project-based consulting (e.g., strategy review, campaign plan) I quote on a call. Depends on scope.

Can you help us rebuild our ads from scratch?

Yes. That’s part consulting (strategy), part hands-on work (implementation). We’d scope it on a call and price accordingly.

Do you work with South Yorkshire businesses?

Absolutely. Remote UK-wide, but I have experience with South Yorkshire niches—trades, local services, ecommerce from the region. Goldthorpe, Barnsley, all familiar.

What if I want to pull the trigger on full management later?

Then we transition. Consulting phase becomes management phase. Same person, same systems, just different scope.
