There’s no hard minimum, but most businesses starting out spend £300–£500 a month. That’s enough to test keywords and get data. If you’re spending less, Google Ads is often premature; a good landing page might be smarter.

Both. If you’ve got an account already, I’ll audit it first (included in the strategy call) and tell you what’s broken. Sometimes we start fresh; sometimes we fix what’s there.
You get a detailed report every month with performance, changes I’ve made, and next steps. If something urgent pops up (campaign issue, budget question) I’ll flag it straight away. Otherwise, you own the calendar — weekly check-ins or monthly reviews, whatever suits.
