I manage the full Google Ads stack — search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display where it makes sense. For ecommerce clients in particular, getting Shopping and PMax set up correctly is often where the biggest gains are.
Then I’ll tell you. I’d rather lose a potential client than take a management fee for work that isn’t adding value. If your account is well-structured and tracking is clean, a light-touch audit or occasional review might be more appropriate than full management.
