A note on Dorking and CPCs

You’re in the London commuter belt — Google Ads CPCs here are high (London-level competition for clicks). That’s not a problem if your strategy is tight and your account is optimised. It’s a huge problem if it’s not. I make sure you’re not throwing money away on loose targeting or poor ad copy.

Pricing — from £300/month

Minimum is £300/month, which covers up to £3,000/month ad spend managed directly. Above £3,000 in monthly spend, it’s 10% of ad spend (e.g. £4,500 ad spend = £450/month management fee). Your ad spend goes directly to Google — I don’t mark it up. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices.

Why senior-led matters

Junior account managers work through playbooks. That’s fine for straightforward campaigns, but if your account has complexity — multi-channel, regional targeting, specific audience layers, or tracking issues — you need someone who’s debugged hundreds of these problems. I’ve built accounts from scratch, scaled them, cut waste, and saved clients tens of thousands in wasted spend. That’s what you’re paying for.

What's the difference between you and a big agency?

Big agencies layer margin, use juniors for daily work, and you’re one of many clients. I’m a solo consultant — your account gets direct oversight, and there’s no price markup. My sister agency, Growth PPC, proves I know how to scale, but I keep my own practice lean so you get premium expertise without agency overhead.

Do you work with small budgets?

If your ad spend is under £300/month, we can talk — but usually the maths make sense from £300/month upwards. If you’re in Dorking or Surrey and just starting, we might find another way to work together. Call me.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long contracts, no minimum term. If you want to step back or move to another consultant, you can. I focus on keeping clients because the work speaks for itself, not because they’re locked in.

How often do we talk?

Monthly check-in is standard. You also get direct access — if something needs a quick decision or your ads aren’t behaving, message me. I respond the same day.

Do you do audits before committing to ongoing management?

I do a free audit during our strategy call — I’ll look at your current account and give you honest feedback on what’s working and what’s wasting money. That’s enough to decide if you want to move forward. If you want a detailed standalone audit, that’s a separate engagement.

What if I already have someone managing my ads?

I do consultant relationships too — second opinion, strategy review, or taking over if you want a change. That’s a separate offering. Either way, call me and we’ll figure out what you need.
