I’m Stevie Morris. I’ve managed £2M+ in direct ad spend over 12 years, working with ecommerce, D2C, and home services clients across the UK — including several in Devon and the South West. I run Google Ads for clients who want a senior hand on the tiller, not a junior watching a spreadsheet.

Transparent pricing, no surprises

Minimum £300/month. That covers accounts up to £3,000/month in ad spend to Google. Above that, it’s 10% of ad spend. Example: if your ads spend £4,500/month, the fee is £450/month. You pay Google directly for the ads — no markup, no hidden costs.

Do you work with businesses in Exmouth and Devon?

Yes. I’m based in the UK but work remotely with clients across all regions. I’ve managed ads for local trades, ecommerce, and service businesses in Devon and Cornwall.

What if our business is small or just starting ads?

That’s fine. The £300/month minimum works for accounts up to £3,000/month spend. If your initial budget is £1,500/month, the fee is still £300/month. As you scale, so does the fee (10% of spend above £3,000).

Do you manage Google Shopping ads?

Yes. If you sell products, I’ll set up Shopping campaigns, feed optimisation, and bid strategy for product-level performance.

Can you fix our existing account?

Yes. That usually starts with a diagnosis — I’ll review your current setup, find waste, gaps, and structural issues, then propose a plan.

What's your typical ROAS or conversion improvement?

It depends entirely on your starting point. A poorly structured account might improve 40% in three months. A well-run account might improve 5%. I report what actually happens, not vanity numbers.
