Done-for-you Google Ads management by a senior PPC consultant with 12 years' experience managing £2M+ in direct ad spend. No juniors. No vanity metrics. Results that matter.
Book a free strategy callHastings is in the London commuter belt — competition for clicks is fierce, CPCs are high, and a badly-configured account bleeds money fast. I’m Stevie Morris, and I’ve spent 12 years running Google Ads for ecommerce and home services businesses across the UK. I work directly with your account, making decisions day one, not waiting for reporting or excuses.
The model is simple: I take full control of your Google Ads, optimise spend, fix broken tracking, kill wasted ad groups, and grow what works. No contractors. No juniors. Just senior-level thinking applied to your account every week.
I founded Growth PPC, a senior-led agency managing £20M+ in annual ad spend with a peak ROAS of 20.8x. That wasn’t luck — it was ruthless prioritisation, obsessive testing, and the discipline to kill what doesn’t work. When I work with Hastings businesses as a freelance consultant, you get that same thinking applied to your budget, not outsourced to juniors.
From £300/month. That covers up to £3,000/month in Google Ads spend. Above that, 10% of ad spend — so if you’re spending £5,000/month on Google, you pay £500/month for management. Your ad spend goes directly to Google. No markup, no black box.
I manage them directly. I log into your Google Ads account, make changes, test new tactics, and report back. You’re in control of the spend and can pause me anytime, but the day-to-day decisions are mine — that’s the whole point.
You’ll see changes immediately (new keywords, bid adjustments, ad swaps), but meaningful data takes four to six weeks. Google needs time to gather conversions. Don’t expect miracles in week one.
That’s when I’m most useful. If your tracking is broken, you’re bidding on garbage keywords, or your landing pages don’t convert, those are fixable problems. We’ll prioritise ruthlessly — fix tracking first, then the most expensive waste, then optimise.
The minimum is £300/month management fee, which assumes you’re spending at least £1,500–£3,000/month on Google. If your budget is smaller, an audit might be more useful than ongoing management.
Yes. There’s no lock-in contract. You can drop the service whenever you want, but give me notice so I’m not in the middle of a campaign launch.
I work with businesses everywhere in the UK. If you’re a local services provider in Hastings, Bexhill-on-Sea, Battle, Rye, or surrounding areas, the same model applies — we optimise for your local market and the competition you actually face.
