I’m Stevie Morris, a freelance Google Ads specialist with 12 years hands-on experience. I’ve managed £2M+ of ad spend directly—not delegated, not supervised. I’m Google Partner and Microsoft Ads certified. I run ads for ecommerce and home services businesses across the UK, and I live in the London commuter belt where East Sussex sits—so I understand your local competition and CPC pressures.
My sister agency, Growth PPC, manages £20M+ at scale with a senior-led model (no juniors, same principle). Peak ROAS across their book: 20.8x. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to—not vanity metrics, just results that matter to revenue.
East Sussex sits in the London commuter belt. Google Ads CPCs here are high—you’re competing against London-level bid pressure on many keywords. That means every pound of ad spend has to work harder. Generic management won’t cut it.
I specialise in ecommerce and home services (trades, contractors, installers, repair services). If you fit either niche, I know exactly which keywords to bid on, which to avoid, and how to structure your account to survive high CPC pressure while staying profitable.
No. The minimum is £300/month, which covers up to £3,000/month ad spend. That works for a single-location tradesperson, a small ecommerce brand, or a local service business. If you’re spending more, you pay 10% of ad spend (e.g. £5,000/month spend = £500/month fee).
Month-to-month. You’re not locked in. If it’s not working, you can stop. But proper Google Ads optimisation takes time—at least three months to build data and refine strategy.
Google’s Smart Bidding and Performance Max are useful tools, but they’re not strategy. They need a well-structured account, solid conversion tracking, and clear business rules to work. Most businesses that try automation without that foundation waste money. Automation is a tool I use, not a substitute for thinking.
East Sussex sees higher Google Ads competition than rural areas, especially if your keywords attract London searchers. I’ll bid strategically on keywords that pull local intent, avoid broad match keywords that catch unwanted traffic, and set location-level bid adjustments so you’re not overpaying for clicks outside Heathfield.
I’ll tell you. Some business models—low margins, long sales cycles with no online conversion—don’t suit Google Ads. I’d rather be honest upfront than take your money for three months and watch it disappear.
No. I manage your account directly. If you already have someone running ads, I can audit their work and give you a second opinion (that’s the consultant service). But I don’t do co-management.
