Your Google Ads probably have leaks

Most Heathfield businesses running Google Ads have no idea how much money is disappearing. Keyword waste (bidding on irrelevant searches), incomplete tracking (conversions not recorded), poor bid structure (overpaying for low-quality clicks), and abandoned audience setup all drain budget silently.

An audit finds those leaks. I’m Stevie Morris, a Google Ads specialist with 12 years’ hands-on experience. I’ve audited hundreds of accounts and found the same problems repeatedly. An audit is a diagnostic—fixed scope, clear findings, no obligation to hire me.

What an audit covers

East Sussex competition is brutal

Heathfield sits in the London commuter belt—Google Ads CPCs here are high. Every pound of wasted spend is amplified. An audit typically pays for itself by finding one or two major leaks to fix. For most businesses, I find 15–25% of spend is wasted on irrelevant keywords alone.

What you get

A written report (typically 8–15 pages, depends on account size). It covers what’s working, what’s leaking money, why it matters, and a priority roadmap of fixes. Clear, no jargon. You’ll understand exactly where your money is going and why.

You don’t have to hire me to fix it. The audit is yours to keep and action however you want. If you want me to implement the fixes, we can discuss that separately.

The audit process

  2. Deep dive (my work)I spend 10–20 hours reviewing your account, analysing performance, and stress-testing your setup. No time wasted on fluffy analysis.
  3. Report & callYou get a written report detailing findings and fixes. I’ll walk you through it on a call and answer questions.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

I’ll quote you a fixed price after the initial call. Typically £400–£800 depending on account size and complexity. It’s a one-time fee—no ongoing commitment.

Do I have to hire you after the audit?

No. The audit is yours. You can use it to fix things yourself, hand it to your existing agency, or hire me to implement. Zero obligation.

How long does an audit take?

I spend 10–20 hours depending on account size. You’ll have the report and a walkthrough call within two weeks of starting.

What if my account is small or new?

Audits work best on accounts with 3+ months of data. If you’re newer than that, a strategy consultation might be more useful. I’ll tell you in the initial call which makes sense for you.

I'm in Heathfield—does local targeting matter?

It depends on your business. If you serve local customers, local targeting matters hugely—and I’ll check if you’re doing it right. If you ship nationwide or internationally, targeting might be broader. Either way, I’ll audit that against your actual customer geography.

Can I get a sample audit report?

I don’t share previous clients’ reports for confidentiality. But on the initial call, I can walk you through what a report typically looks like and what you’ll learn from it.
