I run your Google Ads end-to-end. No juniors, no markup on spend — just senior strategy and daily hands-on optimisation. I've managed £2M+ directly across ecommerce and home services.
Book a free strategy callI’m Stevie Morris, a freelance PPC consultant who’s been running Google Ads for 12 years. I work with ecommerce and home services businesses — anyone serious about getting customers from search. You hand me access to your Google Ads account, your budget, and your conversion goals. I handle the rest: keyword research, bid strategy, ad copy, landing page audits, conversion tracking, and the daily grind of optimisation.
I don’t do vanity metrics. No promises of 10x ROAS or results in four weeks. What I do is find where your money’s currently being wasted, fix the obvious gaps, then spend the next few months methodically improving what works.
I work with a sister agency, Growth PPC, which manages £20M+ in annual ad spend across a whole roster of clients. We run a zero-junior model — every account gets senior strategy and hands-on attention. Peak ROAS we’ve hit is 20.8x. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to.
My minimum is £300/month. That covers up to £3,000/month in ad spend — all my time, strategy, and daily optimisation. If your ad spend is higher, it’s 10% of your monthly spend. So if you’re running £5,000/month in Google Ads, you’d pay £500/month in management fees. Your ad spend goes directly to Google; I never mark it up or take a cut.
I work entirely remotely and handle clients across the UK. If you’re based in Much Wenlock, Shropshire, or anywhere else in England, the process is the same — you give me access to your Google Ads account and we start from there. A lot of my clients have local service areas and geographic bid adjustments. That’s straightforward to set up.
That’s normal. Most accounts I take on have structural problems, poor tracking, or old settings that don’t match how their business has evolved. I’d run an audit first to show you what’s costing money, then we’d agree on a plan. Some cleanup is free (part of the setup); ongoing optimisation starts after that.
Yes, you can pause or stop at any time. I don’t lock anyone in. That said, Google Ads is a long game — usually takes 3-4 months to see real patterns in your data and make solid changes. If you’re thinking of testing this, give it at least a quarter.
There’s no hard minimum for ad spend itself. But the management fee is £300/month minimum. So if your campaigns only spend £500/month, you’d still pay £300. Below that, an audit makes more sense.
I’m Google Partner certified and Microsoft Ads certified. That matters less than the daily work — account structure, keyword strategy, testing, and tracking. I’ll help you set up whatever works for your business, not push you toward anything expensive or unnecessary.
Both. I’ve done ecommerce (and D2C) — margins, ROAS, repeat purchase tracking. I’ve done home services and trades — lead generation, local targeting, service area bid adjustments, phone call tracking. The strategies differ, but the core discipline is the same: find waste, fix it, scale what works.
We'll talk about your business, your current Google Ads setup (if you have one), and what you're hoping to fix or improve. No obligation, no sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about whether we're a fit.
