Done-for-you Google Ads run by a senior PPC specialist, not a junior. No fluff, just results for ecommerce and local services.
Start a conversationBig agencies assign junior account managers and promise the world. Freelance specialists run your ads personally, stay close to your numbers, and only take clients we can genuinely move the needle for.
I’m Stevie Morris. For 12 years I’ve managed Google Ads directly — over £2M in ad spend for ecommerce brands and home services firms. I’m Google Partner & Microsoft Ads certified, and I still run accounts myself. No handoff to juniors, no account churn.
You pay Google directly for ads. My management fee starts from £300 per month for ad spend up to £3,000. Above that, it’s 10% of your monthly ad spend. If you’re spending £4,500 a month with Google, my fee is £450. Ad spend stays with Google, no markup. Call to discuss your situation.
My sweet spot is ecommerce & D2C brands and home services trades (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, construction, HVAC). If you’re selling widgets online or sending local engineers to jobs, I know the playbook. Not every business is a fit — if you’re a charity or a hobby side-gig, there’s a better home for you.
Yes. Agencies need scale. Your £2k or £5k monthly budget justifies a full-time junior. A senior freelance specialist, though, can take three or four clients at your level and run all of them profitably. You get better attention and better thinking.
Absolutely. I work UK-wide via Zoom and email. Whether you’re based in New Mills, Chapel en le Frith, Poynton, or anywhere else in Derbyshire, location doesn’t matter — Google Ads runs wherever your customers are.
That’s the first conversation. I’ll ask for access to your Google Ads and Google Analytics. We’ll look at what you’re currently paying per conversion and what your margin looks like. Sometimes it’s fixable with better targeting. Sometimes the math doesn’t work and you need a different channel.
Minimum is £300 per month. That covers up to £3,000 of monthly ad spend. Above £3,000, it’s 10% of your ad spend on top. Call me with your budget and I’ll give you an exact number.
Yes. If we start and it’s not a fit, we can stop. That said, I don’t take clients I can’t help — so before we begin, we’re both clear on whether the math works and what reasonable wins look like.
Completely. Ecommerce scales by audience size and lifetime value. Local services scales by geography and intent. I specialise in both, but the strategy, ad copy, and tracking are entirely different.
