You need someone who knows Google Ads inside out

Not someone learning on your budget. After 12 years managing over £2 million in direct ad spend, I run Google Ads the way it’s supposed to be run: strategically, honestly, without vanity metrics or false promises. I manage campaigns for ecommerce and home services businesses across the UK. I’m a Google Partner and Microsoft Ads certified. My sister agency, Growth PPC, manages over £20 million in ad spend and achieved a peak 20.8x ROAS. I bring that same senior expertise to freelance clients in Newport, Caerphilly, Newbridge, and across Gwent.

What I do for you

Honest enough to tell you your ads are fine

I’ve told clients their ads are working and they don’t need to spend more. I’ve also told clients their setup is costing them thousands a month. Either way, you get the truth. No upselling. No vanity metrics. Just clear numbers and one recommendation.

The pricing model (no surprises)

From £300 per month. That covers all management for ad spend up to £3,000 per month. If your ad spend is higher, the fee is 10% of monthly spend — so £4,500 ad spend = £450 per month management fee. You pay Google directly; there’s no markup. It’s transparent, it scales with your business, and it means I’m only profitable when your ads work.

Why senior-led matters

Junior PPC managers are cheaper. They’re also often inexperienced, distracted, and disappear after three months. I’ve been doing this for 12 years. You get someone who’s seen every mistake in the playbook, fixed it, and won’t repeat it. You get someone you can call. You get strategy, not just bid tweaks.

How we work together

  1. Strategy callWe talk about your business, your margins, your goals. I ask hard questions about what actually matters (usually not clicks or impressions).
  2. Audit or buildIf you have existing campaigns, I audit and optimise. If you’re starting fresh, I build a proper structure from day one.
  3. Ongoing managementI manage bids, test audiences, refine targeting, fix tracking. You get a monthly summary of what’s working and what’s not.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with businesses in Newport and Gwent?

Yes. I’m UK-wide and remote. I work with ecommerce and home services businesses across Wales — Newport, Caerphilly, Nailsea, Ebbw Vale, and beyond. Doesn’t matter where you are; what matters is your margins and whether Google Ads makes sense for your business.

What if my ad spend is low to start with?

The minimum is £300 per month. That covers up to £3,000 per month in ad spend. If you’re spending £1,000 per month on Google Ads, you’re in that bracket. If you want to test before committing, that’s fine — most clients start small and scale.

How long does it take to see results?

It depends on your business model and how much your ads need fixing. If tracking is broken, that’s priority one — you can’t optimise what you can’t measure. Once we have clean data, you’ll see strategic changes within weeks. Real results (revenue impact) take longer, usually 2-3 months.

What if I already have someone managing my ads?

I can audit what they’re doing and give you a second opinion. Or I can take over. Most clients I’ve audited found gaps — tracking issues, poor campaign structure, wasted budget on low-intent keywords. A fresh set of eyes helps.

How do I know this will actually work for my business?

Not every business should run Google Ads. If your margins are thin, your conversion process is broken, or you’re in an oversaturated market with high CPCs, ads might not be the answer. I’ll tell you honestly in the strategy call.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. I don’t have contracts or notice periods. The relationship works because you’re profitable, not because you’re locked in. If you want to stop, you stop.
