What's bleeding money from your Google Ads?

Most accounts leak budget. Broad keywords picking up irrelevant search terms. Landing pages that don’t match ad promises. Conversion tracking that’s broken or missing entirely. Bids that are too high.

A proper audit finds where you’re wasting money and what quick fixes could work immediately. Then you can decide if you want help implementing them, or do it yourself.

What we dig into

Fixed scope, no surprises

An audit is a one-off, defined engagement. You’re not committing to ongoing work. We give you a report with findings and recommendations. You implement them, or don’t—it’s your choice.

Why get audited now

Google Ads changes constantly. What worked six months ago might be outdated or inefficient. An audit pulls your account back into focus and tells you where the easy wins are. Most accounts I audit find 15–25% of spend that could be cut or reallocated without losing sales.

The audit process

  1. Scoping callWe talk about your account, goals, and what’s frustrating you. If we’re a fit, I quote the audit.
  2. Deep reviewWe dive into your account—structure, keywords, ads, landing pages, tracking, bidding, and competitive context.
  3. Report & debriefYou get a written audit with specific, actionable findings and recommendations. We do a final call to walk through it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

I quote based on account complexity during the scoping call. Expect £500–£1,500 depending on size and scope.

Do I have to hire you to run the fixes?

No. The audit is standalone. You get recommendations, implement them yourself, hire us to do it, or get another agency involved. It’s your call.

How long does an audit take?

Scoping call is 30 minutes. The deep review takes 3–5 business days depending on account size. Then a final debrief call.

I'm in Wrexham but my ads run nationally. Is that a problem?

Not at all. I audit accounts of all sizes and scopes, from hyper-local Shropshire campaigns to nationwide ones.

What if my account is brand new?

If you’ve just launched, an audit is less useful—there’s not enough data. We’d recommend consulting instead. If you’ve been live for a few months, an audit makes sense.

Will this tell me if I should hire you?

Honestly? It might tell you your ads are fine and you don’t need management. If the audit suggests substantial rework, and you want professional help implementing it, that’s when we’d discuss management or fractional support.
