Most gaps I see come from three places: missing conversion tracking (so nobody knows what’s actually working), bid strategies that are too conservative (leaving money on the table), or audience silos that never get tested. I help you solve those.

What this is not

This isn’t a handover. I’m not taking the keys. Your team stays in control; I’m the senior adviser. If you want full account takeover, I do that too—but that’s the agency model (see the management page).

Absolutely. Google Ads work the same everywhere (Ferndown, Dorset, Ringwood, Poole), but local strategy varies—customer intent, seasonality, competitors. I know the Dorset market and can advise on how to position for your region.

What if I want to switch to full management later?

Easy. We transition from consulting to done-for-you. I become your day-to-day manager. Pricing adjusts accordingly.

Can you work alongside my current manager?

Yes. Some clients bring me in to oversee an agency or in-house person. Transparency matters—I’ll loop your team in on all recommendations.

How often should we check in?

Monthly is standard. But if you’re scaling fast or testing big changes, weekly or bi-weekly makes sense. We set the cadence based on your needs.

What's your consulting fee?

From £300/month for ongoing fractional work, or a la carte for specific projects (strategy review, bid audit, etc.). Call for a tailored quote.

Do you help with non-Google channels?

I specialise in Google Ads, but I can advise on cross-channel strategy (Google + LinkedIn + Facebook). For hands-on management of those channels, I’d refer you to specialists.
