Already have someone managing your ads? Need an honest second opinion, or want strategic guidance on your next campaign? I'm a fractional consultant for those who need expertise without full-time management.
Book a consultationYou have ads running. Maybe you manage them yourself, maybe an agency does. Either way, you want a strategic think-partner—someone who doesn’t have skin in keeping things as they are, who can audit what you’ve built, spot the gaps, and tell you honestly what works and what’s wasted money.
I do that. Typically two to four hours per month, mostly async (I review, I write recommendations, we hop on a call to discuss). You stay hands-on; I keep you honest and point out the blind spots your current setup might have.
If your ads are fine, I’ll tell you they’re fine and we’ll focus on scaling. If you’re bleeding money on bad keywords or poor audience targeting, I’ll say so. And sometimes, I’ll tell you Google Ads isn’t the right channel for your business right now—but that’s honest, and it beats paying for wasted spend.
Consulting starts from £300/month for light advisory work (one call a month, async reviews). More intensive projects—training, deep audits, ongoing strategy refinement—are quoted on a call based on scope. Every engagement is different, so let’s talk about what you actually need rather than me guessing.
I’ll be honest in my report. If they’re making mistakes, I’ll document them. It’s up to you whether to share that with them, ask for changes, or move on. My job is to give you the truth, not to protect anyone’s ego.
I offer full management separately, but consulting is a real service. Some businesses just need a second opinion or strategic guidance. If that’s you, that’s what I’ll scope and deliver. No pressure to upgrade.
Yes. Rural and semi-rural markets—Godmanchester, Huntingdon, the Cambridgeshire area—have their own dynamics: lower population density, tighter competition pools, different seasonality. I understand those and will factor them into strategy.
I can refer you to trusted implementers, or if it makes sense, I can handle implementation under a separate management engagement. For most businesses, though, training your in-house team or your current agency to execute is better long-term.
Ideally, yes. If your tracking is broken or incomplete, that’s often the first thing we fix. But I don’t charge extra to diagnose tracking problems; that’s part of the audit.
Minimal. You provide account access, business context (customer LTV, margins, seasonality), and your feedback on my recommendations. I do the heavy lifting—queries, analysis, drafting. We talk maybe 90 minutes per month.
Let's talk about what you need. Whether it's a full strategic review, training on a new channel, or ongoing fractional guidance, I can help. Send me a message with a quick outline of your business and your biggest PPC challenge.
