I review account structure (campaigns, ad groups, keywords), ad copy and assets, audience targeting, conversion tracking (pixel accuracy, attribution), and competitor positioning. Then I identify what’s bleeding money, what’s working, and what’s untapped.
You get a written report with specific findings, priorities, and a cost estimate for implementation if you want me to execute. No pressure to hire me for anything; the audit is useful on its own.
The audit is fixed scope. You get a report and recommendations. Whether you hire someone to implement—me, your current agency, or your in-house team—is up to you. I’m not in the audit to hook you into a retainer; I’m in it to give you actionable intel.
I quote audits individually based on account size and complexity. A small account (under £1,000/month spend) might run £400–£600. A larger account or one with tracking complexity might run £800–£1,200. We’ll give you a fixed price before we start. No surprises, no hourly rate creep.
Yes, if the data supports it. If your tracking is solid and we can see conversions, we can quantify waste: e.g. “You’re spending £500/month on broad match keywords that drive zero sales.” If your tracking is broken, we’ll flag that and explain the impact.
The work is usually done within five business days of you granting access. Writing the report adds another two or three days. If you want a debrief call, we schedule that when the report’s ready.
Absolutely. Godmanchester and rural Cambridgeshire markets have their own dynamics—lower population density, tighter local competition, different seasonality. That context matters for audit recommendations, and I account for it.
Small accounts often have disproportionate waste—a few bad keywords or wrong audience settings can burn 30% of your budget. If you’re spending £500–£1,500/month, an audit usually uncovers something worth fixing. We’ll be honest on the call if it doesn’t make sense.
Whoever manages the account: owner, agency contact, or in-house PPC person. It’s read-only, so no risk; we can’t make changes, only view data.
I’ll say so if that’s true. Sometimes Google Ads isn’t the right channel for a business, or the market’s too small, or the timing’s wrong. Better to know than to keep burning budget. And sometimes, an audit reveals you should shift budget to a channel that’s already working.
Send me a message with your current monthly ad spend, what you're selling, and your biggest concern about your Google Ads. I'll give you a fixed quote for an audit within 24 hours.
