No. You keep your current setup. I’m here to sanity-check it, spot the gaps, and steer you. If you want someone to take over full account management, I do that too — but advisory is different. It’s your move to make.
First call is usually 30–45 mins to scope the work. Ongoing calls are 30–60 mins depending on what you need. We’ll agree a rhythm — monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc.
Yes. I’m UK-wide and remote. Hinckley, Nuneaton, Atherstone, Ibstock, Coventry, Leicester, Rugby — all work the same way. No commute, just strategic calls and written advice.
