I typically offer fractional advisory (hourly or retainer) starting from the same £300/month anchor used in management services, but the structure depends on what you actually need: a single deep audit, quarterly strategy reviews, or ongoing monthly guidance.

Yes, but ‘working’ is vague. I’ll tell you: your actual cost-per-customer, what’s wasted, what’s performing, and what changes would move the needle. That’s more useful than a yes/no answer.

What if my current team gets defensive?

I write audit reports for the business owner, not the team. You decide what to do with the findings. Some teams use it to improve; some get replaced. That’s a business decision, not mine.

Do you consult on Google Ads only, or other channels too?

Google Ads is my speciality. If you’re running other channels, I can comment on the overall strategy, but I’m the expert in Google.

How far back do you look in account history?

Depends on what’s available in your Google Ads account and Google Analytics. Usually at least 3 months of data; more is better. We look for patterns, not one-off spikes.

What if my current setup is actually fine?

I’ll tell you. We’ll find room for optimisation everywhere (there always is), but if your account is genuinely well-run, you’ll know that after the audit. Then you can decide if ongoing fractional advice makes sense.
