You've got someone running your ads. But are they optimising right?

Maybe you hired an agency, maybe you’ve got an in-house team, maybe you’re DIY. If you’re not seeing the efficiency you need, or you’re unsure if your strategy is right, it’s worth getting a second opinion from someone with actual scale.

I’m a senior PPC consultant—14 years in Google Ads, Google Partner certified. I audit accounts, identify wasted spend and tracking gaps, and help you or your team fix them. No hand-holding required; you’ve got someone in the chair. You just need strategy clarity and a reality check.

For teams that need strategy, not replacement

If you’re looking for done-for-you, I can refer you on. If you want strategic advice, campaign structure review, or troubleshooting from someone who’s been doing this at serious scale, that’s what I do.

Consulting on demand

You stay in control. I advise.

Consulting is different from management. You decide what to do. I give you the advice, the analysis, and the options. If you want me to execute changes, we can do that on an hourly or project basis. But the default is: I audit, I advise, you decide.

How consulting typically works

  1. Define scopeWhat’s the blocker? Campaign review? Strategy? Troubleshooting? Fractional oversight?
  2. Audit or analysisI dig into your account, your data, your structure, and your results.
  3. Strategy sessionWe talk through findings, options, and recommended actions.
  4. Follow-up or ongoingOne-off advice or ongoing fractional check-ins—whatever you need.

Frequently asked questions

I'm in Nailsworth. Do you work with local businesses?

Yes. Location doesn’t matter—I’m UK-wide remote. I work with any business that has serious ad spend and wants serious advice, whether they’re in Gloucestershire or Scotland.

What's the difference between consulting and management?

Management is done-for-you—I run your account, make decisions, optimise daily. Consulting is advice—I audit, I recommend, you (or your team) decide what to do. Both require strategy; consulting assumes you’ve already got someone executing.

How much does consulting cost?

Depends on scope. An audit might be one figure; fractional ongoing oversight another. I quote per-project on a call. It’s not a fixed monthly retainer like management.

Can you do fractional oversight alongside my existing agency?

Yes. Some clients want a monthly or quarterly reality check from an independent consultant. That’s a totally valid model, and it works well when both parties are clear about scope.

What if you find serious problems?

I’ll tell you exactly what I found, the impact, and the fix. Then you decide what to do. If you want me to implement fixes, we can discuss that separately.

Do I need to be a Google Ads expert to work with you?

No. But you should care about data and results. I’m not here to teach Google Ads 101; I’m here to solve your specific problems and improve your efficiency. If you want training, that’s a different conversation.
