How the engagement works

  1. Discovery call30 minutes. You tell me about your business, your current ads (if you have them), and your goals. I assess whether Google Ads makes sense for you.
  2. Strategy proposalI send a written one-pager: campaign structure, keyword themes, estimated ad spend, and timeline. No surprises.
  3. Implementation and ongoing managementI build or revamp your account. You pay the ad spend direct to Google. My fee covers strategy, setup, and ongoing optimisation.

Pricing: transparent and simple

From £300/month. That covers up to £3,000 per month in Google ad spend, plus full strategy and management. If you spend more than £3,000, the fee is 10% of total ad spend above that threshold (e.g. £4,500 ad spend = £450 fee). All ad spend is paid directly to Google — no markup, no hidden fees. We settle up monthly. No long-term contract needed.

What if Google Ads isn't right for my business?

I’ll tell you. In our first call, I’ll be honest about whether Google Ads makes sense for your budget, industry, and goals. It’s not right for everyone, and I won’t pretend otherwise.

Can I pause or cancel at any time?

Yes. There’s no contract. You can pause or cancel whenever you like. Most clients stay because the work speaks for itself, but the choice is always yours.

How long does optimisation typically take?

It depends. I’ll have initial recommendations within the first two weeks. Real optimisation — testing, learning, and scaling — is ongoing. Some accounts find their stride in two months; others take longer. I’ll show you what’s happening each month.

Do you manage ads for specific industries?

I specialise in ecommerce, D2C, and home services — plumbers, electricians, roofers, cleaners, landscapers, and similar trades. If that’s you, great. If not, we can still have a conversation.

What happens if my account is a mess?

Good. I like a challenge. I’ll audit the account, find the leaks and missed opportunities, and write a plan. Some fixes are quick; others take time. Either way, you’ll know exactly what I’m doing and why.
