Why Stevie Morris, not an agency?

I’m a freelancer, 12 years in Google Ads, £2M+ ad spend managed directly. I’m Google Partner certified and Microsoft Ads certified. I don’t have juniors learning on your account; I do the work. My sister agency, Growth PPC, manages £20M+ at scale and hits 20.8x peak ROAS—I use the same playbooks on a smaller, more hands-on scale. You get senior-level work without the agency overhead.

Pricing

We charge from £300/month. That covers management of ad spend up to £3,000/month. Above that, it’s 10% of your ad spend—so if you spend £5,000/month with Google, our fee is £500. You pay Google directly; we just manage it. No hidden fees, no “setup charges,” no contracts you can’t exit.

Getting started

  1. First callThirty minutes, free. You tell us about your business, current ad spend (if any), and what you want to achieve. We ask questions to understand your market, competitors, and customer lifetime value.
  2. ProposalWe send a written strategy—what campaigns we’d build, which keywords and audiences, what the first month likely costs, and what success looks like by month three.
  3. HandshakeIf you agree, we kick off. First month is hands-on: we build, we test, we report. By month two, we’re optimising based on real data.

Frequently asked questions

Do you manage accounts in Godmanchester specifically?

I’m remote and work UK-wide. Location doesn’t matter to me, though I do understand local markets—Cambridgeshire businesses have different competitor density and customer behaviour than, say, the South Coast. I’ll research your specific market in the strategy call.

How long before I see results?

If your tracking is solid, you’ll see initial data within the first two weeks. Real optimisation starts by week three, when we have enough data to understand what’s converting and what’s wasting money. By month three, you should see a clear trend: either ROAS is climbing or we’ve found inefficiencies to kill.

What if I already have ads running?

We audit them first. Often, existing ads have structural problems: wrong match types, poor audience targeting, conversion tracking that’s broken or incomplete. We’ll show you what’s bleeding money, what’s working, and fix it.

Can I scale without scaling my fee?

Yes. If you’re on the £300/month flat rate and decide to increase ad spend from £2,000/month to £4,500/month, your fee becomes £450/month (10% of ad spend). It scales with your business.

What happens if I want to stop?

We stop. No contract lock-in, no notice period. Obviously, I’d prefer you stay, and if the account’s performing, you’ll want to. But if it’s not working, let me know and we’ll part ways cleanly.

Who actually runs the account—you or a team?

Me. I’m the one optimising, testing, reporting. No hand-offs to account managers or juniors. That’s the whole point: you get consistent, senior-level attention.
