Frequently asked questions

How is consulting different from full management?

With management, I own the account and optimise it weekly. With consulting, you (or your team) own the execution. I provide strategy, review, and recommendations. It’s less hands-on but gives you more control.

Can we do just one consultation, or is this ongoing?

Both. A lot of clients do a one-off deep dive audit. Others prefer monthly or quarterly check-ins. We quote based on scope — for ongoing advisory, we work from the £300/month anchor.

I'm in Barnstaple but work with a national agency. Can you review their work?

Absolutely. I review accounts run by other agencies all the time. Sometimes that reveals misalignment between what you want and what they’re doing. It’s valuable clarity either way.

What if I don't like the recommendations?

That’s fine. My job is to give you honest insight, not to convince you. Some clients take everything, some take half, some decide their current approach is actually solid. That’s your call.
