Full-service means I run the whole account. You set a budget, I handle everything, and you get reports.

Fractional means you keep your current team but bring in a senior consultant for strategy, audits, and advice. Good for businesses that want to stay lean but need expertise they don’t have in-house, or want a gut-check from someone experienced.

For Crediton businesses especially—ecommerce shops, tradespeople advertising services—fractional can be cheaper than hiring an agency, and you keep more control.

Honest Consultation

I won’t upsell you. If your current setup is working, I’ll tell you. If you’re overspending on something that isn’t converting, I’ll tell you how to fix it or pause it. If your team is doing solid work, I’ll say so. Consulting is only worth paying for if it saves or makes you money—not if I’m creating problems to justify my fee.

  2. Strategy CallWe walk through the report. I answer questions, explain what’s working and what isn’t, and outline the top 3-5 changes to focus on first.
  3. Implementation & MonitoringYour team implements. I’m available for questions and to spot-check as you go. Monthly check-ins to see what moved.

What if I want to bring you on to manage the account instead?

We can shift to done-for-you management. Starting point is £300/month for accounts running up to £3,000/month in ad spend.

How do you handle confidentiality?

I never share client data or strategy with anyone. What we discuss stays between us.
