Retainer starts from £300 per month. That covers accounts running up to £3,000 per month in ad spend. Above that, it’s 10% of your monthly ad spend (so £4,500 ad spend = £450 retainer). You pay Google directly, separately. No markup on spend.

Good accounts take 4–6 weeks to stabilise with data. Expect to see patterns (which keywords convert, which don’t) within that window. Bad keywords die fast. Good ones are scaled. If you’re starting from zero, the first month is investment.
Yes. We have ecommerce clients running £500–£1,000 a month. The bar is: you need enough budget to test and learn. If you’re running £50/month, the learning curve is too slow. We’ll tell you if that’s the case.
Common reasons: wrong keywords, keyword match set too broad, poor ad copy, broken landing pages, or no conversion tracking. I audit all of it. Sometimes it’s a one-line fix. Sometimes it’s deeper.
Yes. We’re UK-wide and remote. Location doesn’t matter. I run accounts for businesses in Devon, Cornwall, and across England the same way.
