Some clients ask me to take on accounts that aren’t ready for paid ads. If your website is broken, your offer is fuzzy, or your margins don’t justify ad spend, I’ll tell you that first. I’d rather earn trust by being blunt than pretend I can fix a bad business model with clever ad copy.

Pricing — transparent and aligned

I charge from £300/month. Here’s how it scales: the base covers up to £3,000/month in ad spend. Above that, it’s 10% of ad spend. So if you’re spending £5,000/month with Google, I’m £500/month. You pay Google directly—no markup, no hidden fees. You own the accounts; I just run them.

  1. Free strategy callWe talk through your current ads (if any), your targets, and your margins. No pitch. Just honest assessment.
  2. Proposal & onboardingIf it makes sense, I send a proposal and set a start date. We move your Google Ads account (or I create one) and begin auditing.
  3. First month of optimisationI build the strategy, set up conversion tracking, launch test campaigns, and start refining. You see a detailed report by day 30.

Frequently asked questions

I already have someone managing my Google Ads. Can you take over?

Yes. I’ll audit what they’re doing, identify gaps and wasted spend, and take it from there. Most accounts I audit have structural issues or tracking problems that are easy to fix once you spot them.

Do you work with businesses in Brixham and Devon?

I work UK-wide, remote. I’ve managed accounts for ecommerce brands, trades, home services, and local businesses across Devon. Location doesn’t matter—what matters is your margins and your willingness to test.

What's your minimum ad spend?

There isn’t one, technically. But to see meaningful data and test properly, most accounts need at least £500–£1,000/month going to Google. Below that, you’re flying blind.

How do I know you're not just spending my budget?

You see a detailed report every month showing what we’re testing, which keywords/audiences are working, and ROI by campaign. If an ad group isn’t pulling its weight, we pause it. I make money when you do; wasted spend hurts me.

Do you offer other services beyond management?

I also do one-off audits (find wasted spend, fix tracking gaps) and fractional advisory for clients who want a second opinion on their own PPC team. Book a call to discuss what you need.

What happens if I need to stop?

Contact me and we’ll close the month. I’ll hand over all accounts, conversion data, and documentation. I don’t lock anyone in.
